The windows build machine and the windows leak-test machine on the Mozilla2 tinderbox are both red with similar errors, reporting files in use: nsinstall: cannot copy src\build\intel\mozcrt19.dll to ..\..\dist\bin\mozcrt19.dll: The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process. nsinstall: cannot copy .\nspr4.dll to e:\builds\moz2-slave\mozilla-central-win32-debug\build\obj-firefox\dist\bin\nspr4.dll: The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.
