If you have a folder which has subfolders, you cannot select that folder to run filters on, you can only run it on the Subfolders.

Note this is not the same as Bug 201175 which is a feature request for  the ability to search a hierarchy. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a subfolder of a folder
2.Create a filter - e.g. to put something into this subfolder
3.Try and select the parent folder in "Run selected filter(s) on"
Actual Results:  
Won't allow you to select it.

Expected Results:  
Should allow selection, and should then run the filter on that folder only (not its subfolders).
