I cannot send mails to maillists in my address book unless i close Thunderbird completely and open it again
The error message indicates that the name of the maillist is not a true
e-mail address  because the name of the maillist does not have the traditional composition of a name plus  the @ plus the rest of the address 



Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. I send a mail to a maillist
2. I get the error notice
3.   I close thunderbird 
4. I open thunderbird again  
5. I send the email to the maillist which goes through
6. The next message3 to a maillist goes through without a problem
7. The next message to a maillist  causes the same error and i repeat the process

Actual Results:  
 same results

Expected Results:  
it should accept the name of the maillist as a true address
(that is the function of the maillist)

Reporter it seems a dupe of bug #451118 (more recent of this but more detailed).

Feel free to reopen it if I'm wrong.
