Redirect.xul needs to be removed from chrome. It is currectly broken, and I am sure that there is a better way of handling this. Embedding apps may not have the ablity to load XUL. We should have a callback for this.

I'm not sure if this is the right place to note this, but I believe that bugs 40080 and 58658 are (if not dups) very similar bugs to this one (which is a little unclear as to how exactly redirect.xul is broken, or how that brokenness can be triggered.) For future reference, those two bugs provide examples of how to demonstrate this bug.
