Extension do not removed and sometimes plugin manager buzzed.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create some extension
2. Copy it to C:\Program Files\MyExt\*.*
3. Add registry value
      key HKLM\Software\Mozilla\Firefox\Extensions\
      value dummy@dummy.com C:\Program Files\MyExt
   see http://developer.mozilla.org/en/docs/Adding_Extensions_using_the_Windows_Registry
4. Run Firefox. New extension work.
5. Now. Close Firefox. Remove our key and extension folder.
6. Run Firefox. Extension still present in plugin manager and do not uninstalled.

Please can you attach copies of extensions.log, extensions.ini, extensions.cache and extensions.rdf from your profile folder to this bug report. If some of them don't exist let me know.

Are there any additional steps to reproduce you can provide here? I cannot reproduce this with a clean profile though I am pretty sure there is a problem somewhere here.

This seems to happen pretty frequently, is it something that could/should be fixed by Mozilla?

If I could reproduce it I would fix it
No way to reproduce and all of this code has changed now. I highly suspect it is fixed by the new extension manager but have no way to verify that
