windows unit test machines need processes killed

Details
There was a unit test that was hanging. The hang has now been fixed, but two of the Windows unit test boxes need the hung processes killed so that the tree can delete the files that they're holding open:
WINNT 5.2 mozilla-central qm-win2k3-03 dep unit test
WINNT 5.2 mozilla-central qm-win2k3-moz2-01 dep unit test
They do NOT need the tree to be clobbered; they only need those processes (probably xpcshell.exe) killed.

Thanks, both have cycled now (to orange now, and hopefully green once the next cycle finishes with dougt's backout in it).
