There seems to have been some additional cleanup since bug 331924; but there is still one place to clean up. "_outgoing" is still used; but "_incoming" and "_newsgroup" should be removed.

I've actually had this fix in my tree for a while now. Also removes the prefs (by the SM specific ifdef) so that they don't show up in about:config.
