In Account Manager / Junk Settings / Move new junk messages to: / Other: is the menulist (id = actionTargetFolder) empty. This is okay with version 3.0a2pre (2008061703) and not okay with version 3.0a2pre (2008061803).

I'm assuming this had regressed from Bug 436630

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Account Settings
2. Change to Junk Settings
3. Choose a Folder in Move new junk messages to: / Other:
Actual Results:  
Unable to choose a Folder as nothing appears

Expected Results:  
A list of Folders appears

This is closely related to bug 444220, and will probably be fixed in the same patch. I can confirm it occurs, but it should probably be duped to bug 444220.

I like to nominate this as wanted-3.0b1. But Bugzilla offers only blocking, so I set this.

I find this is important enough to be fixed in the Beta

The submitted patch for bug 444220 solves this problem, and will probably be completed before 3.0b1
