File a bug under Webtools :: MXR to get it added.

There's a module ownership module now, you don't need to make me the bottleneck.

It's fine to add this provided the module is still actively owned. It seems to be.

Neither of these people have version control accounts, apparently? Can't add them as peers if they don't have commit access.
