Should be noted that ctrl+Page up and ctrl+Page down already does this.
Is it really needed to add a second method?

PageUp and PageDown don't do anything /while the preview window is open/.

Did this feature get dropped?
Using Ctrl+Tab to show the tab-list in a pop-up, it is not navigable with arrow keys.
Would like it to be looped. Same for tab previews.

Still works for me. You need to set browser.ctrlTab.previews to true.

Ah, I see. I was confused.
TabPreviews does work with arrow keys, but it only shows 6 tabs. It's the TabList popup that is not navigable with the arrow keys.
Can TabPreviews get set to show all open tabs?
Is the TabList popup part of FF or is that a TabMixPlus feature?

Nope.

If I understand the term "TabList" correctly, it's part of Firefox. You could of course check this yourself by temporarily disabling TabMixPlus.

This doesn't work for me on Mac. Even after disabling the default system preference to use control-left/right arrow keys to switch between Spaces, they do nothing in the ctrl-tab preview popup.
Steps:
- create fresh profile
- set browser.ctrlTab.previews true
- open several tabs
- press control-tab - the tab switching preview panel displays.
- press left/right arrows (while still holding control): nothing happens.

I also tested with an older Firefox 37, it doesn't work there either. It does work on Windows though.
