451238 - Start page content needed for Shredder (Thunderbird) nightly builds

Bug 451236 and bug 430762 are setting up a web hosted start page system for Thunderbird.

We need to have an appropriate start page content for nightly builds.

Firefox has one at: http://www.mozilla.org/projects/firefox/3.1a1/firstrun/

though I've already had comment that it is too busy.

SeaMonkey's is at: http://www.seamonkey-project.org/start/

We need something for Thunderbird that our nightly testers/developers will see and encourage them to test/use/develop Thunderbird etc.

Note: nightly builds are branded Shredder.

Excellent. A slight improvement could be made by using 
 http://hendrix.mozilla.org/?product=Thunderbird%20Release%20Candidate 
for the feedback link

This patch implements the changes to the start page urls that have already been discussed, I'll check it in once gozer has switched the website over and updated the links.

gozer did the web site change earlier today, I've just checked the patch in (changeset id: 396:b611aed3fc13).

I therefore think we can call this fixed, and deal with other updates/modifications in separate bugs.
