453065 - Drag and Drop in Customise Toolbar is broken

Open up Thunderbird's Customise Toolbar dialog, attempt to drag and drop - nothing moves.

This makes customise toolbar useless.

Bug 452783 may fix this, but I'm fairly sure TB has its own customise toolbar code which may mean we don't get the fix.

Err, bug 452783 is reported on Linux and depends on bug 452083, which is about Windows and Linux, but this bug is about OS X?

This bug was found on OS X. I haven't had anyone reproduce it on Windows or Linux yet.

Until I see bug 452083 does fix bug 452783, I'm not willing to say they are the same issue. Therefore I want to have this bug dependent on both.

This bug is also about Thunderbird's customise toolbar - like I stated in comment 0 it has its own code. So we may need to do something else (I haven't looked yet).

Note that some drag and drop does work in Thunderbird (though not always properly).

I've just checked this on 0831 and Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.5; en-US; rv:1.9.1b1pre) Gecko/20080901030016 Shredder/3.0b1pre both seem to work fine now. So I don't know what fixed this. WFM.
