Sometimes the location bar becomes non-responsive. It lets you type in the url, and also auto-completes. However, once the url shows up, hitting enter does not take you to the url. Creating new tabs and re-typing the url does nothing either. Clicking on the black right arrow in the location bar does nothing either. The only option is to open a new window and try again. That usually works.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. type in the url and hit enter
2.
3.
Actual Results:
nothing happens

Expected Results:
browser takes you to the web page
I am not sure about it, but it appears related to bug 396161. I have seen it in 2.x too.
