position "hide details" to same position as "open details", so that mouse movement is not need to close details after opening - a semi-frequent action

presently "other actions" occupies that space.

alternative solutions welcome
Yes, but maybe with a little less margin-right (in case someone has a scrollbar there with UserChrome :)
Additionally the button should be an inversion of the Open button which is currently a Chevron. This would be a design consistency then.
The hide details button no longer exists, so this bug is no longer valid.  Resolving.
