Bug 429942 removed our use(less) of |ac_add_app_options ppc --enable-prebinding|, which only has an effect for 10.3 (unsupported) and stopped really being necessary with 10.3.4, but we seem to have been reinfected with what bug 407399 calls "the plague of useless prebinding" from Firefox configs. Given our Mac build problems, the last thing we want to be doing is using an unmaintained prebind-address-table to do nothing for an OS version we won't run on.
Actually, let's just kill it at the source of the infection.
