The functionality is there. But need to refine the filters (maybe make them admin settings) and to ensure that they are actually functioning with the template (bug 460203).

Bug 467483 is still open, but it can remain on its own. Verifying this bug, and I'll file new bugs for whatever else crops up in testing.
