Spin-off from bug 461000: We've removed the form manager documentation, but we should add a few lines explaining what kind of information we capture and how we handle form autocomplete.

The form manager documentation was under Using Privacy Features but I think the new form autocomplete documentation should better be put under Browsing the Web since it's a much broader approach (affects all single-line text fields, whether privacy is involved or not). The existing subsections hardly fit, though. Maybe a new subsection, e.g. Using Forms, should be introduced. Topics could range from autocomplete to login and password management to privacy concerns (secure form submission etc.).
