Details
When I open Account Settings in recent trunk builds, I get:
Error: b.incomingServer is null
Source file: chrome://messenger/content/AccountManager.js
Line: 1060
And the account pane comes up empty.

I had some accounts without any of the relevant prefs appearing in the mail.accountmanager.accounts pref. Removing them made the problem go away - but why aren't they removed automagically, or otherwise have some defaults assumed for them, or some error message come up?
