Edit an existing Global Inbox account and change from "Global Inbox" to "Inbox Inbox for this server's account" does not automatically view the account in "All folders". Needs restart TB or one change on the folder view from "All folders" to any other, for example "Unread Folders", change the view back to "All Folders" lets see the inbox for this account in folder pane.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. The view is currently "All Folders" in 3 pane default
2. Create a new pop account with Global Inbox
3. Open account manager menu: Edit * Account Settings * Server Settings * Advanced...
4. Change the raidio selelection from "Global Inbox" to "Inbox Inbox for this server's account"
4. Close account manager with OK * OK 

Actual Results:  
Inbox from this account is not seen on "All Folders".


Expected Results:  
Inbox should be seen in same way as I would new create such account.
