Thunderbird offers option to decide signature position in replies but not in forwards.
It would be coherent to offer same options even for forwarded messages.

Steps to Reproduce:

Actual Results:  
In forwarded messages, the signature (when enabled) is ever at the end of the forwarded text, without any option to change position like happens with replies.

Expected Results:  
Two possibilities:
1) Same settings in account preferences governing reply _and_ forward
2) Add settings about forward similar to reply settings.
