We should use a tracking bug to be able to handle all the updates which went into a special release. Otherwise it will be hard so track possible test updates. If bugs are targeted for this release or got checked-in it would be nice to have them in the depends list.
I hope that I fetch any related bug for the initial list.
So are all of these fixes checked in against trunk as well as on branch?

All of this fixes were checked into the branch. Means they are checked in on trunk too.

MozMill 1.0.3 was never released. Lets use it as a partly MozMill 1.1 tracker and close it out.

The last release was 1.1
The current trunk is 1.1.1b1.
We should roll the next big round of fixes in to 1.2
