When the drop-down arrow part of the reply button is hovered, it don't result in the united button appearance that it does with other buttons in TB (for example the print button in the toolbar).

Related to this, hovering the Reply part of the button also results in the two-part button appearance, instead of just the button appearance. This is a screenshot of how Banshee does it. Leaves less confusion of whenever hitting the next button will go to the next track or present you the drop-down. Same thing would probably be true for this reply button.
Confirming, might be a core bug though. (The print button is another kind of button.)
