I don't want to know why we had wallet.captureForms enabled. I really don't. I just want to see more wallet go away.

Can you also remove /mail/components/preferences/viewpasswords.xul and /mail/components/preferences/viewpasswords.js at the same time as they were obsoleted by the switch and are now npotb.

I'll see your npotb viewpasswords.(js|xul), and raise you a ptob-but-shouldn't-be mail/locales/en-US/chrome/messenger/preferences/viewpasswords.dtd. (For some reason, even though it's obviously not used anywhere else, I'm nervous that mxr is lying to me or something, so I'm not just pushing it.)
