Opening bug to determine what to do with mailnews documentation and pages on www.mozilla.org.  Options include doing nothing, updating pages on www.mozilla.org or migrating to MDC.  CC'ing sheppy, rebron and mailnews owners.

I suspect the answers on going to vary page-by-page, and we'll probably end up wanting different folks to go over different sets of pages (eg development vs qa vs support, etc).

I've been coordinating with Jen on archiving and redirecting mailnews content.  This has been ongoing and we can add details here as needed.  You can also see the latest state of the mailnews directory at

All of the mailnews content has now been removed and redirects have been set up for relevant pages.  Please feel free to verify that the redirects are working as intended.

I had trouble CVS removing a couple of files (review-mail.html and review.html) so I'll wait until we get that sorted out before closing this bug.

I was able to remove these files from the new Subversion repository and don't suppose there's any need to worry about this on CVS anymore.
