484056 - Push Funnelcake pages (March '09) live at midnight

Like last time (bug 471618), the creation of these pages happens automatically
when the pages are pushed live.  As the clock strikes midnight, stephend will
QA the pages via bug 484052.

Funnelcake entries will have been added to bouncer and the Funnelcake builds
will already be on local mozilla mirror nodes (bug 484055).

The release time is March 26th, 2009 00:00:00 PST - March 27th, 2009,
00:00:00 PST.

Good catch!  Yes, all times are PDT (i.e., Mountain View time).
