AMO seems to frequently have problems with add-on icons. See bug 426797, bug 430819, bug 439610, etc. Here's another oversized one: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/sunbird/addon/3740 Based on bug 439610, this one may be just another leftover that needs cleaning up. However just today I tried to upload an icon and it get's garbled. (likely bug 430819)
I tried re-uploading the add-on and it is not being resized correctly (i.e., at all). This may be a general problem or one with this specific icon, I don't know.
