Please test and verify surveys -- that they can be successfully completed with a positive user experience. URLs are to be determined. The survey is being created under bug 489693, the URL redirect work is happening under bug 489696, and the survey is being embedded within a mozilla.com page via bug 489698.

Yeah, sorry for not commenting back here (forgot about this bug since it wasn't assigned to me). I've commented over in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=489698#c27 that we're ready to go.
