Some of the XPCOM documentation on www.mozilla.org has been moved over
to MDC, so we should either archive any remaining pages that are out of date or
migrate them over to MDC and set up redirects.

To follow up on this bug, archiving legacy content is now a requirement for being able to move forward with the mozilla.org/.com merge.
If there is no plan to manually migrate this content in the short term, we will go ahead with moving this content off of www.mozilla.org and putting it someplace where you can decide what to do with it on your own schedule. That may be either the www-archive.mozilla.org site or an archive section of MDN.

/projects/xpcom files archived and existing redirects moved into main .htaccess file in r90754.
Looking through the remaining files it looks like all of the content has already been moved over to MDN but there were a few files left over that needed to be cleaned up.
If anyone notices anything that needs to be brought back, we can grab it from the repository and migrate it as needed.
If any redirects aren't working correctly, please feel free to reopen -- this shouldn't be an issue though since I just copied them from one .htaccess file to another.
