As indicated on the Tagging Spec (http://docs.google.com/Doc?docid=dds6vwb4_1dxwx5vg3&hl=en) 1.3 - User tags Users can tag add-ons as well but they cannot repeat tags that match existing tags (whitespace and case insensitive match). The total number of tags cannot exceed 80. If the user is not logged in, show a call to action that says something like "Log in or sign up to add tags to this add-on!" What is the user's incentive for re-tagging an add-on? Visually will author's tags and user's tags be differentiated? This bug involves the HTML/CSS/jQuery portion of this task.
Hi Nick, As visual designs are completed for this UI flow (or if you're able to articulate what the flow should do & look like), please add them to this bug. Thanks.

please attach visual designs please.
From a UI perspective, I have a feeling this feature operates similarly to this bug (Developer Adding Tags: UI) https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=494701 Nick or Wil, let me know if that's the incorrect assumption. Thanks.
It'll be similar, just a bit narrower on the page. Are the designs linked in comment #4 enough to get this bug moving or do you need something else?
I believe this is done - ready for qa. r28193
