According to the spec (http://docs.google.com/Doc?id=dds6vwb4_22c7z627f7&hl=en), 1.9 Get Firefox lightbox: "If users visit the home page with an unsupported browser, show a lightbox with the following (en-us) text: To install [application] and thousands of other Firefox add-ons, get Firefox, a free and open web browser from Mozilla. To learn more about Firefox and how it can make your internet experience better, click the button below. [Learn More] This should go to "getfirefox.com" and open in a new tab/window." This bug should implement that, assuming it's still wanted behavior.
