I made a screendump after a mail request from Ludovic Hirlimann. To it looks like Thunderbird is the default mail client

The process fails with an unknown error, citing that there is no default email client. Thunderbird 2.0.0.22 is in fact set as the default client. Uninstalled 2.0.0.22 and installed 2.0.0.21, problem solved. This error and solution were replicated and solved in the same manner on 3 Windows XP PCs belonging to a client of mine this morning.
