OS integration of "Send To -> Mail Recipient" fails after update to 2.0.0.22 from 2.0.0.21.  Reverting to the back to 2.0.0.21 restores the send to functionality.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Word, Excel, Access, WordPad, Adobe Reader etc
2. Choose File -> Send To -> Mail Recepient
3.
Actual Results:  
Either report that no default mail client is setup, or tries to launch Outlook.  The default mail handler is set to Thunderbird and resetting doesn't resolve the problem.

Expected Results:  
Should open a new message composer window with the file attached or paste in the message body.
