I have Thunderbird set as my default mail program.  I just upgraded to 2.0.0.22.  When I try to send a photo from either my desktop (using a right click) or from Picasa 3 (using the email button and selecting Thunderbird or Ctrl +E) MS Outlook opens. I have never used Outlook.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Put a photo on desktop.
2.Right click - Send to Mail Recpient
 or 
1.Open Picasa 3
2.Select a photo
3.Click the email button
4.Select Thunderbird
Actual Results:  
With either of the above steps; a dialog box for MS Outlook opens - NOT Thunderbird, my default mail program.

Expected Results:  
I would expect that Thunderbird would open like it used to before the upgrade to 2.0.0.22.
