50128 - open web location does not give focus to dialog text field

    i think that pressing ctrl+L must have active cursor in row for location.


Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. start mozilla
2. press ctrl+l
3. windowd don't ahve active sursor . you must go to there and press mouse button


Actual Results:              empty row without cursor

Expected Results:             after pressing ctrl+L must have active cursor
blinking in the begin of the row

               pressing ctrl+F have the same problem

setting bug status to New.  Confirmed with 082409 mozilla builds on NT and MacOS 9.

We will probably be chasing these down again, right to the wire, but as of 
tonight mac/linux/win32 <key>-L brings up this dialog, focus is set and 
typing places characters in the dialog 20000919nn builds.

this is actually a dup of bug 47507, which is a dup of bug 52268...reopening 
and remarking, sorry for spam
