right now the autosync code pumps out a notice in the activity manager everytime it's done, saying "<account> is up to date" and the date.  Given the nature of the message, the later ones should remove the earlier ones, so that there's only one such message per account in the list at all times. 

The same should likely happen for folder-syncing, see bug 492953.

I'm keeping one message per server, since it seemed odd to have my GMail account's autosync remove the notification for my latte.ca account's autosync.
