Details
steps to reproduce:
1.Register as a user.Do not confirm the email address.
2.Log in as AMO add-on owner.
3.Navigate to developer dashboard.
4.Select an existing add-on and click "Edit add-on"
5.Click "Manage Authors" and add the user created in step #1
6.Navigate to the add-on details page and click on "Meet the developers" link
expected result:
1.Adding unconfirmed users as add-on developers is not allowed.
2.If allowed,they are at least not displayed in the "Meet the developer" section until their account is confirmed
