The new labs site is almost ready to go: http://labs-wpmu.stage.mozilla.com/
We are aiming for a launch on 8/18. We will have everything setup how we want on stage and would like the database, uploaded files and anything else not tracked in svn to be moved to production when we launch.
Also need to make sure things like: http://labs.mozilla.com/contests/extendfirefox3.5/ don't get lost during the migration. (don't know how that is tracked currently)

Assuming we have no other blockers for tomorrow, are we going to be ready to go? Afternoon Eastern Time would be best for me, but whenever is fine, really.
Do we have a target time in mind?

I'll be ready from the IT side. Afternoon EDT is cool, anytime after 1000PDT/1300EDT is good for me.

Forgot to add the svn repo to pull from:
http://svn.mozilla.org/projects/labs.mozilla.com/tags/production/
(I will merge to prod. Tuesday morning)

We should avoid overwriting/deleting http://labs.mozilla.com/uploads/ as well...not sure how many images in there are being used by existing posts.
