Firefox deletes
- Bookmarks
- Bookmark Folders
- Menu Items
without prompting the user for confirmation.

From e. g. Interent Explorer I am used to get a confirmation prompt (whether I am sure to delete the bookmark etc. or not).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Delete any Bookmark etc.
2. You will get no popup which asks you if you are sure that you really want delete it

This is probably a duplicate of bug 208399 but the 'undo' that it relies on does seem hard to discover.

I agree, just use UNDO in the Library.

You are right. It's more or less covered by bug 208399 and bug 381770.

Please make it a duplicate of bug 381770 which is still active and for which I still have hope to be resolved.

Sorry ! It's not a duplicate of bug 381770 as I wrote before !
In fact it is a duplicate of bug 208399.
I am sorry to read that it has become a WONTFIX.

So you can leave the status of my RFE as it is :-(
