steps to reproduce:
1.Go to AMo homepage
2.Notice the available options in the "within" drop-down field in the search bar.

expected result:
All the available categories are listed under the "within" drop-down list.

actual result:
"Plugins" option is missing from  "within" drop-down field in the search bar.Behavior can be verified in prod also.

I'm marking this dependent on bug 525594 because the way we handle that will tell us what we do with this.  They currently aren't in the dropdown because that page is hardcoded text, there is nothing to search.

I would like bring to notice of associated bug here:
Underneath the category listing in the left frame, the category Plugins should be above the separator.

Plugins on AMO aren't searchable.
