Please post the corresponding crash ID: https://developer.mozilla.org/en/How_to_get_a_stacktrace_for_a_bug_report This sounds like it's likely to be bug 514025, bug 499600.

@Cww: Why did you confirm this? As I said in comment 2, this is probably bug 514025 (dupe of bug 499600; fixed for Firefox 3.5.3). Your info in comment 3 is the same. I was just going to dupe this after the reporter replied back with a crash ID to confirm it's the same crash. (which I'm 90% sure it is)
Reporter: Can you please post the crash ID from about:crashes so we can confirm this bug is indeed a dupe (which I think it is)?
Reporter: Alternatively, you can simply update to Firefox 3.5.3 and see if it's fixed for you, as the bug in question was fixed for this new update. (posting a crash ID as well would also be good)
I can reproduce 100% of time on Branch: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.6; en-US; rv:1.9.2a2pre) Gecko/20090915 Namoroka/3.6a2pre
Flags: blocking-firefox3.6?
(In reply to comment #7) > I can reproduce 100% of time on Branch: Now I'm confused. This bug as filed, Snow Leopard + help = crash, is almost certainly bug 514025 / bug 514698, which are dupes of bug 499600, which is supposed to be fixed. I was initially going to dupe this bug, but the reporter is not replying. Cww confirmed for some reason, but I don't see how this is different from the ones I just mentioned, and supposedly it was fixed. Is there something new here, and if so shouldn't the original just be reopened?
I confirmed because we've been seeing reports of this on SUMO. I didn't find the other bug so I never duped it but if it's the same, feel free to do so.
Bug 499600 is only fixed *in FF 3.5.3*.
The reporter has been using Firefox 3.5.2. So the crash will not be fixed in his version as you can also read from Stevens comment. I would tend to mark this bug as a dupe of bug 499600 - as long as we don't get feedback from the reporter.

Thanks Henrik, the reporter doesn't look like he's going to get back to us so I'll just dupe. This bug was filed for 3.5.2 and the info in comment 3 is for 3.5.2 as well, though the latter 2 queries are coming up empty now. @brassen: Please note any 1.9.2 issues in the main bug.
