We need to get a release queued up for Mozilla Service Week during the normal outage time.

* Code for helping with Bug#516765 (to be written)
* Bugfixes for Facebook Connect
* Bugfixes for L10n error messages

Instructions will be added later, but please add this to the release plans.

Instructions:
1) Please put up a "site down page" and redirect traffic
2) Configure application logs to go into
cm-vpn01:/var/log/clusterlogs/http_mozservice
application logs are written out by Kohana and go in web/application/logs/
3) svn up on trunk
4) Put site back into rotation

If #1 is not possible (without us creating a new index.php file), it is
optional. But we think this production issue happens during releases and we
want to start making #1 a standard step in Kohana based apps.

#2 isn't possible unless the app supports logging to syslog or an external application.
