The RSS feed check interval time in minutes is applied after next set check time, but this should be rescheduled.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Import an OPML file with a frequently updated feed (like attached).
2. Get new messages for that account by using the toolbar button drop-down.
3. Right-click the account, set the interval from 100 to 5.
4. Wait
Actual result:
Took 100 minutes to update.
Expected result:
Should take only 5 minutes.
