I have a filer with many rules (~80). Scrolling is very slow. It depends on how much of filters is visible (it means the bigger dialog, scrolling is slower).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create filter with many (~80) rules.
2. Maximize the Filter Rules dialog and try to scroll in list of rules by clicking to the scrollbar or by PgUp/PgDown
3. You will see late response of the list of rules.

do you see this problem in version 2?
can you send ludo or me the filter file for us to test? (save us time from creating such a large filter)

It is not difficult to create that filter rules. Attached is msgFilterRules.dat and a video demonstrating the late response. I noticed high CPU usage while scrolling. Hope this helps.
