From bug 480470 comment 14 - 15. The toolbar button tooltips are a mixed bag. They should all be in plural. ("selected messages", not "selected message")

Unified toolbar uses "messages" plural regardless of number of messages.
Anyway, toolbar for this bug report is gone. Please file new bug report if you see an issue when using the new unified toolbar
