Woo! Yes, I updated those instructions to reflect the current issue we experience with minify when the site is running on multiple webheads. Until we correct the problem, to avoid problems, please make sure apache cannot write to webroot/files/minify.conf

The rest of the process is fairly simple, but if those docs aren't enough, please let me know, so I can provide you with the info and also update them for the future.

Also, Laura, I believe we'll be migrating the Fennec staging db to prod instead of starting with a clean schema?
