User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux x86_64; en-US; rv:1.9.1.3) Gecko/20090911 Fedora/3.5.3-1.fc12 Firefox/3.5.3 Build Identifier: thunderbird-3.0-2.7.b4.fc11.i586 (originally filed as https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=527909) My thread control is "View->Threads->All". After having collapsed some specific thread by having clicked an the small triangle in the subject column, the thread becomes hidden. But if I quit thunderbird in such a situation and starting it again, the thread is completely shown again without I clicked on the thread triangle. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Hide some thread by clicking on the thread triangle in the subject column (in folder which contains just threads) 2.Quit thunderbird 3.Start thunderbird again Actual Results: The thread now is uncollapsed Expected Results: The specific thread remains collapsed The original folder found out that this behaviour only occurs if that folder containing the thread does not contain another additional mail: if there is at least one additional mail in the folder, a collapsed thread remains collapsed after quitting and restarting thunderbird.
Is this a regression from Tb 2.0 ?

(In reply to comment #1) > Is this a regression from Tb 2.0 ? ludo, you'd have to engage the reporter at https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=527909 to find the answer to your question, because he's not cc on this bug. Also, bug sounds like a dupplicate
