522470 - Incorrect icon size preference set / displayed

First start of Shredder using my tb2 profile, selected the new toolbar option from the migration assistant. However, the new toolbar starts in "small icons" mode, yet if you go to "customise" then the tick box suggests you're in "large" icon mode.

Need to tick/untick it to go large - simply ticking it doesn't do anything 'coz you're already in small mode.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start TB3
2. Right-click toolbar, select "customise"

Actual Results:  
Small icons are in use in the toolbar, yet the "Small Icons" tick box is not ticked

Expected Results:  
The tick box should reflect the size of the icons on the toolbar - so it should be ticked

You wouldn't know it from the summary, but that's actually being fixed in bug 519505.
