Build Identifier:
This menu disappearing is obviously a bug and on par with losing the Edit-menu in severity.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Firefox
2. Visit xkcd
3. Right click image and see that there is no Properties-menuitem in the context-menu
4. Don't read the alt text because skimming the HTML source is bloody annoying.
Actual Results:
Sticking to older versions not made for stupid people.
Expected Results:
Properties menu-item in context-menu. Seriously where else should it be?

Well you don't have to worry about it anymore, because they finally removed the Properties menu item on 9/1/2009 in Bug 513147.
Bug 517902 might bring it back, but in a different area.
