I have 2 accounts in my Thunderbird.
Popup/sound notification works well for both of them.

Dock icon notification (red label with count of new email) works only for one of them, the second account is not notified by dock icon at all.

I am not sure what exactly causes that problem, both accounts are IMAP accounts.

this problem started to be reproduces when I have migrated from Thunderbird 2 to Thunderbird 3.
This sounds like a duplicate of bug 534098.

This one seems not as duplicate of 534098 to me, since the dock icon bounces everytime when new email arrives. Just red label showing the number of unread emails is not present.
