Once we have removed uses of the old fix-macosx-stack.pl in the tree, we should probably hg rm the file, so it doesn't confuse people by its presence. (Or do we want to keep it, because it's a slightly faster way to get function names, even though the filenames are wrong?)
Kill it, let's not keep old outdated stuff around.
